Our Promise

At JunoTreasure, every item is made and packaged with care.
We want you to love your order — but if something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send a photo and your order number to support@junotreasure.com, and we’ll replace it or issue a refund right away.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we can only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective, or

  • You received the wrong product or size.

We’re unable to accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or color selected

  • Personalized or limited-edition items

If you’re unsure about sizing or details, please reach out before placing your order , we’re happy to help!

Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, your order may already be in production and can’t be canceled.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once your issue is approved.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original payment method.
