Processing Time

Each JunoTreasure item is made to order with care.
Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before shipping.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on its way.

Shipping Time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within:

• United States: 5–10 business days

• International Orders: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)

Shipping Cost

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on most U.S. orders!
If you’re outside the U.S., shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

If you haven’t received your tracking number after 5 business days, please contact us — we’ll be happy to help.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We’ll contact the carrier and do everything we can to help locate your order.

Please note: Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, we’re unable to issue refunds or replacements for lost or stolen items.
